Applied Behavior Analysis

ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is a highly structured behavior modification program developed by Lovaas. ABA instruction utilizes a discrete trial format which breaks down complex skills into simple sequences. Research has shown that many children on the autistic spectrum have made significant progress in the acquisition of cognitive, social, motor, and speech and language skills through ABA instruction. Everyone Is Welcome, Inc., is offering instruction using the ABA format to address the specific developmental needs of the student. Data collection will assist the ABA therapist in monitoring the student's progress toward acquisition and mastery of each skill that is introduced.
